Rules & Regulations


  1. Fee once paid is not refundable under any circumstances.
  2. Those students who have taken admission from 1st to 20th must deposit their Maintenance Charges before 10th of every month and those who have taken admission from 21st to 31st must deposit their Maintenance Charges before 20th of every month, otherwise fine will be charged @ Rs. 10/- per day.
  3. The students have to maintain all the fee receipts till the completion of the course for clearance at the end
  4. A student must carry his/ her Identity card while attending theory / practical sessions and produce it on demand.
  5. Computers will be allotted to the students in the ratio of 1 : 1.
  6. 75% attendance is compulsory for appearing in examination.
  7. No student will be allowed to give the exam without submission of the assignment file. In the case of non-submission the student is liable to sit for re-examination after paying the required fee.
  8. Students will not be issued any certificate/diploma if they leave the course in between.
  9. No student will be allowed to migrate from one centre to another without a written consent from the Centre Incharge.
  10. Any student seeking batch/ centre transfer may have to wait for the availability.
  11. Any Visitor/ Friend/ Relative will not be allowed in the class room/ Machine room.
  12. Smoking, eating, chewing etc., are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  13. Students are required to maintain complete silence, strict discipline and decorum in the premises.
  14. The decision of the management of AIPS is final and binding upon students in all respects & circumstances.
  15. The Institution will not be responsible for loss of any belongings left at its premises.
  16. Any student found guilty of misbehaving, violating the instructions of the authority or found violating any of the above rules may be fined, suspended or terminated from the Institution without a prior notice.
  17. A student will not be permitted to attend the class if he/ she is late by 5 minutes.
  18. Cell Phones must be switched off in the institute premises.
  19. The student is required to purchase the books according to the schedule given in his/her I-Card. Otherwise the M. charges shall not be accepted.
  20. The students are required to submit their M.charge in the office before his/her given due date and must take the receipt of every amount deposited, duly signed by the counsellor.
  21. A student is permitted to avail 2 holidays in a month with prior information. On account of more than two holidays in a month, a fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged. Leave of more than 15 days will attract a re-registration charge of Rs. 100/- along with the submission of a valid proof of absence.
  22. A student taking a gap of less than 3 months in the middle of the course, on joining back will have to pay the re-registration charges of Rs. 100/-. Students taking a gap of more than the 3 month grace period will pay re-registration of Rs. 100/- per month according to the absence period. But after the lapse of 6 months the students will have to take a new admission at the Institute.
  23. After the completion of the course the Diploma/Certificate will be issued on the submission of the ID card only.
  24. The Diploma/Certificate can be collected by the successful student within 2 months of the completion of the course. If the Diploma/Certificate is not collected within the specified 2 months, the institute shall not be responsible for the loss of the same.
  25. Upgrading of the course is possible but downgrading of the course is not permitted.
  26. The annual day of the Institute is celebrated on 22nd March.
  27. Rules and regulations can be framed, altered or changed by the management, from time to time, in the interest of the Institute.
  28. Any new Govt. Policies will be applicable for all.
  29. No AIPS centre should charge fee from the students more than what is stated in the prospectus.
  30. Students who have undertaken computer course have to secure minimum of combined aggregate 40% in theory and practical exams. Students unfortunately failing to do so will have to appear for re-examination after paying the re-examination fee.
